A FEW WORDS ABOUT US
Operating drones in high-risk scenarios is a challenge.
If you want to fly drones above 25 kg or beyond visual line-of-sight, it requires special permission from the national aviation authority. The SORA and the new EU regulation gives a good framework for such permission, but it can still be challenging. Drone Risk Management has experience with the SORA and flight permissions in Europe, and we provide assistance with drafting and submitting applications.
WHAT WE DO
DOCUMENTATION
Flight permissions acording to the SORA requires a substantial amount of documentation. We help with developing and organizing the needed documents.
RISK ASSESSMENT
An operator must conduct a risk assessment as part of the process. We guide you through the SORA process to build a useful safety case and risk assessment.
EXPERIENCE
We have experience with operating numerous aircraft, and have drafted and submitted several SORA-based applications. In addition, we participate in the SORA development, with deep knowledge on interpreting and understanding the requirements.
